At Perfume Scentsation, our business model is designed to bring you the finest fragrances at the most competitive prices. By eliminating the burden of overheads and rental expenses, we ensure that our products are priced as affordably as possible, allowing us to pass on these cost savings directly to our valued customers. We have cultivated an extensive network of reputable suppliers, enabling us to offer a diverse and comprehensive range of products.

Orders will typically be dispatched within 4-7 working days following order/payment confirmation. Order will be wrapped very carefully to make sure the perfume will be intact.

For returns and exchanges, non-defective sale items are ineligible. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with all tags intact. For returns, the item must be either defective or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size/volume or color issues. Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition with the tags attached. Returns that don’t comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

You can exchange incorrect or defective items received within 7 days of receiving your order from Perfume Scentsation. If you paid by Credit Card or any installment option, a 5% merchant fee will be deducted from the refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability online, and we reserve the right to provide an item of similar value for the exchange, issue store credit, or choose other methods at our discretion. The online store return process is valid for wrong or defective items only.
