- Please note that our courier services are currently available for Singapore and Malaysia orders exclusively; international shipping is not offered at this time.
- Orders will typically be dispatched within 4-7 working days following order/payment confirmation. Please be aware that once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
Exchange/Refund
For returns and exchanges, non-defective sale items are ineligible. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with all tags intact. For returns, the item must be either defective or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size/volume or color issues. Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and condition with the tags attached. Returns that don’t comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
You can exchange incorrect or defective items received within 7 days of receiving your order from Perfume Scentsation. If you paid by Credit Card or any installment option, a 5% merchant fee will be deducted from the refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability online, and we reserve the right to provide an item of similar value for the exchange, issue store credit, or choose other methods at our discretion. The online store return process is valid for wrong or defective items only.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@perfumescentsation.com with the following details:
Subject “Online Exchange (Order Number),” Order Number, Contact Number, Product name and Article Number, Attached image of defective or incorrect merchandise, and the name of the product, color, and size you’d like to exchange for. You will be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
Perfume Scentsation reserves the right to inspect the item’s condition before processing returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. If you don’t indicate your preferred refund method during the return process, you will be refunded via store credit.
For any disputes regarding refund amounts, the refund will be based on the merchandise value on the invoice after discounts, if applicable. Please note that our return and exchange policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use or wear and tear.
Perfume Scentsation’s decisions regarding returns and exchanges are final.
Bounced Parcels
In the event of a bounced parcel, we will contact you via email. Please be aware that you may be charged for additional delivery costs. Bounced parcels left unclaimed after 6 months will be considered Perfume Scentsation’s property, and no compensation will be offered, as ample response time will have been given.
